About the Avignon

Avignon is a modern, open plan, ground floor apartment with stunning views of the vineyards and countryside across Anzac Bay. Providing self-catering accommodation for up to 6, Avignon can be configured with either one or two bedrooms depending on your party size. The apartment is light and airy being thoughtfully decorated in a relaxed modern style. Doors open out onto a private terrace with table and chairs, a perfect spot for summer dining or a pre-dinner drink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and sink. The living area with heat pump, has comfortable seating, a wall mounted flat screen HD TV with satellite channels and DVD player. iPod docking is also available, as well as books, games and puzzles for guests to enjoy. There is a dining table and chairs, and a high chair can be made available if required. The master bedroom can have either a king or two singles whilst bedroom two has a cozy double bed. Both have their own en-suites making the Avignon the ideal apartment for couples and families alike. A full size sofa bed in the lounge provides extra bedding if required. The apartment is located next to the pool and spa deck with direct access to the large sloping lawn and gardens from the rear terrace. There is parking for one car directly outside the apartment.

About the Guest Room & Bordeaux

Guest Room

This is our hidden gem with panoramic sea and vineyard views! Bookable only in conjunction with the Bordeaux Studio as it is accessed through an interconnecting door.

The Guest Room is an absolutely stunning private large bedroom with queen bed and seating area to take in the views. With it’s own large en-suite, heat pump and flat screen TV will find this a perfect place to rest and relax.

Bordeaux Studio 

Bordeaux is a delightful first floor studio with stunning views of the vineyards and countryside across Anzac Bay. This comfortable studio provides basic self-catering facilities for 2/3 people. For larger groups or that special occasion the “Guest Room” will sleep an additional two people.

Pitched ceilings give a light and airy feel to this tastefully decorated studio. Cool in summer, warm in winter thanks to the installation of a heat pump. Enjoy the scenery without having to leave your chair from the comfort of your room.

The small kitchenette, with table and chairs, has all the basics; microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, tea and coffee facilities. The living area has a sofa bed and flat screen HD TV with satellite channels. DVD player, DVDs, books, games and puzzles can be made available for guests to enjoy. There is a king bed that can be made into two singles on request. A large en-suite with shower completes this accommodation.

The Bordeaux studio is located up external stairs above the Avignon apartment. There is easy access to the pool and spa deck as well as the gardens from the bottom of the stairs. A parking space for one car is directly outside the studio.

About the Chablis

Our small and cosy Chablis self-catering studio is tucked away to the side of the house, accessed via a private gated drive. This ground floor studio is ideal for the more budget conscious and has everything you’ll need to make the most of your time on Waiheke.

The well-equipped kitchenette has a full size fridge freezer, sink and portable oven and stovetop. The living area also contains a futon sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite channels and a table and chairs.

A queen sized bed fits neatly into the alcove with access to the en-suite which has steps up into the shower.
